The Voice of Triumph began in 1980, when Ernest and Ann Rogers were married. Their vision included a ministry that would evangelize, travel to foreign countries, and feed the hungry, along with many other outreaches. Both of them were raised in church, so ministry had been in their sights from a very young age.
